Skid-Mounted Cementing Batch Mixer – 120 BBL

This skid-mounted cementing batch mixer unit is designed to produce consistent, homogeneous cement slurry mixtures for oilfield cementing operations. The heavy-duty skid construction ensures stability, durability, and suitability for harsh field environments.

The unit is powered by a Caterpillar C9.3 electronically controlled diesel engine delivering 335 BHP. The integrated power pack includes a Funk gear pump driving two Parker Denison double hydraulic pumps, along with hydraulic, diesel, and air tanks, and high-capacity radiators to support continuous operation.

The mixing system consists of two hydraulically driven centrifugal pumps and one hydraulically driven five-paddle agitator per tank, enabling both mechanical mixing and jet mixing. The design allows independent slurry recirculation and efficient cement blending. Cement is fed directly into the jet mixing system from a bottom-mounted feed point, with an auxiliary hopper provided for operational flexibility.

The unit features two cylindrical mixing tanks, each with a 60 BBL capacity, providing a total mixing capacity of 120 BBL.
Centrifugal pumps are Gardner Denver (USA) 6 × 5, with optional NOV Mission® Magnum or MCM or Double Life C-pumps, offering proven reliability and global parts availability.

An elevated operator platform is located between the two tanks and includes a retractable roof for sun protection. The stainless-steel control panel provides clear controls for engine operation, agitator speed, and centrifugal pump speed. The piping layout is engraved on the panel, with pneumatic butterfly valve controls for safe and intuitive operation.
